ComSenTer student and PI win IMS Student Paper Award - 2nd place

Siwei Li and Gabriel Rebeiz of UC San Diego were awarded 2nd place in the student paper competition category for their paper entitled "An Eight-Element 140GHz Wafer-Scale Phased-Array Transmitter with 32dBm Peak EIRP and >16Gbps 16QAM and 64QAM Operation". Congratulations !
