Mark Rodwell’s talk on “Wireless Above 100GHz” available in YouTube

ComSenTer Director Mark Rodwell from UC Santa Barbara discussed “Wireless Above 100GHz” in NYU Wireless & ECE Special Seminar Series on “Circuits: Terahertz(THz) & Beyond” on October 9, 2018.

In his talk Rodwell focused on services, systems, Integrated Circuits (ICs) and Devices investigated in ComSenTer. “We are looking for carrier frequencies above a 100 GHz,” Rodwell said in his introduction. “This brings us two opportunities. One is simply a much more available spectrum. The other is, because the wave links are short, we can do massive spatial multiplexing.”
